A semi-rural harbourside community 15 minutes drive from Whangarei. Quiet with lots of bird life. A great area for bush walking, surfing and swimming, boating and fishing. It is 45mins from Tutukaka which is well known for scuba diving and deep-sea fishing, and one hour from the beautiful Bay of Islands.

We are a 40 something couple, a teacher and retired computer programmer. My recently widowed mother now lives with us and I want her to see the world after looking after my ill father for several years. We have a lovable cat who would like to come but will be staying home.
