Maison

My husband and I would like to exchange our 1 bedroom apartment. It is a brand new apartment complex with amenities such as swimming pool, BBQ area, fitness center, business center with wireless internet access and club room. It is a gated community that is central to Baltimore and D.C. life. We are truly close to everything- 13 mi. from Baltimore, 20 from Annapolis and 32 from D.C. If you would like to go on day trips, the beach is approximately 2 hrs away, Philadelphia 1.5 hrs and New York City about 3.5 hrs.
We are a very tidy, non-smoking couple. Our apartment is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Quartier

We are close to public transportation and all major highways in the Baltimore area. There are walking trails around our community property. There are many restaurants within a mile or two of our apartment and a large mall just down the street. We are within 5 miles of BWI airport.
