WE ARE TOTALLY FLEXIBLE FOR THE TIME YOU WANT TO GO. August 2007 - Feb 2008 **Our home is 100% child proof and has separate areas for kids young or old** We live in a large single-story family home in a Milford. We have 4 bedrooms and a study (or could be 5th smaller bedroom) Bathroom (Shower/Bath/toilet) for the children’s wing with playroom TV. Dining room and family room (with 42" plasma TV, DVD, video and good hi-fi system). There's a large wraparound deck off the main living area. Kitchen has large bench areas inc 4 bar stools and LCD TV while you cook! Gas cooking, fire place and central heating. Gets great all day sun and all doors in the living area open onto a flat private section. Has sep laundry (washer, dryer) You will have use of a late model JEEP (seats five). We are only 2km to Milford Beach, but there are many beaches within 10 min drive for you to find! Milford shopping mall in 3min down the road and everything.

Quartier

Milford is mostly retired people. We live on a main road where the bus stop is right outside the front door. Our hose has a flat (separate unit) at the front of the house and is secured by a remote controlled iron gates. The Hospital is 300 meters up the road, so is a 24 hour medical center (free for kids under 6 adults $60NZD) across the road is a private all girls school. Across the road is the lake. Real-Estate in this area is all homes in excess of 1 million (NZD) plus homes, so you’re in a great location. LOCATION MAP OF WHERE OUR HOUSE IS:

Lisa's occupation is an accountant (but now full time Mum) 38, John's occupation is GM in Advertising 41 and have two children. We are both non smokers and are looking to move to Queensland.

Destination

We are totally flexible with the amount of time that we swap for. We don't have any major commitments.
