Maison

The home is located in the Oakland hills, 15 minutes from San Francisco, ten minutes from Berkeley. Very large landscpated yard, with outdoor eating area on the patio, stunning views. Views of the Bay and San Francisco from every level of this two story home. Furnishings are modern, and recent renovations (3 years ago) to kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is very established and friendly but unobtrusive neighbors walk thier dogs in the evening.
We are a child free couple, but families with children are welcome, the back yard is fenced in and has some wild elements for kids to safely explore. We do not have any pets, but small dogs would be ok, no cats however, as we are both allergic to them.

Quartier

Ours is a classic Oakland hills neighborhood, with well kept middle class single family homes on large lots.

We are both hard working professionals. Beckie is a social worker, who is looking forward to a well earned sabattical of three months next year. I work for the University of California as an editor and writer. We are both in our late 40's and have been a couple for over 20 years. We thouroughly love the Hawaian islands and look forward to out stay there. I am an avid gardener, tending a large front and backyard garden. If you love to garden you will love it here, but if not we can have the garden taken care of during your stay.

Looking for homes in Hawaaian islands of Maui, Kauai or Big Island, will consider Oahu.
