Wonderful, peaceful location near one of the larger lakes in North Texas. 10 minutes to Fort Worth. 45 minutes to DFW International airport. An hour from Dallas. Trees, green grass, stars at night. Older remodled lake home for your use while to enjoy the Metroplex and all it has to offer. The home. The house is small compared to today's standards and is older. You will not find fancy decor here. Lake cottage type living.

Unique area in the metroplex. A 15 minute drive from the busy downtown takes you to a peaceful, quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Add to it a wonderful lake setting. You might see a crane swooping down to get its breakfast. You may see several deer on your evening walk. Ducks will feed from your hand. Wonderful mix of new and long time residents will be your neighbors. Pro-sports like the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, FC Dallas, Fort Worth Cats Baseball, and the Dallas Mavericks. World class museums like the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, the Cowgirl Museum. Scores of restaurants. Six Flags over Texas amusement park. Lots of sunshine.

My husband is a professional is the aviation industry and I have been a stay at home mom. Our children are almost on their own. We enjoy our home and couldn't think of a better place in Texas to raise our family. English spoken with a little Spanish.

Destination

This does not have to be done at the same time. I am looking for a place in downtown Manhattan to stay at various times throughout the next school year. As this is a second home for us, it may be used when it is available.
