The second floor has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise in the mornings. Fully renovated full bath with tub and shower. The laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this floor.
The third floor offers total privacy. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a brand new bathroom with a shower. This floor also has a large family room with a queen pull out sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and games --perfect for afternoon tea, watching the sunset or enjoying evening activities.
