2 Story Bungalow located in Collinswood NJ. A 5 minute drive to Philadelphia PA. 1 Hour to Atlantic City and 2 hours to NYC or Washington DC. 2 Bdrms both queens w/full bath upstairs and 1 Bdrm with double bed and full bath downstairs. Dining room that seats up to 10 nicely, Den/office with wireless hookup. Large sized living area with flat screen TV. We have a fenced yard, deck and well stocked galley style kitchen. Nice furnishings and great quiet neighborhood. Central heat and Air. Washer/Dryer, cable etc... We're 1/2 block from a large park. Well behaved dogs will be considered, Pet Sitters can be recommended.

Quartier

There is a train station within walking distance (about 6 blks) to Philadelphia. We'd be willing to swap cars. Great central location for touring the Mid Atlantic region. Close to 95 and bridges. Anyone interested in American Civil and American Independence War will find this a wealth of interesting sites daytrips away. Bus and Train stations to NY and Washington DC within 10 miles. The town of Collingswood itself is a great little town with lovely shops and top notch resturants (all BYOB).

We are a couple of 40 something's that like new adventures and interesting people. We have a variety of interests. Love to visit new places, interact with locals and learn a little history while having fun. We are both very enteraining, love dogs, old buildings, open markets, pubs, Theater, Dining and good wine. Or a real Guiness.
Customer relations is how we earn a living, Medical supplies and sales. We have a good stable income and like to use it!
