Our condo is truly close to everything! The famous Las Vegas Strip is 15 minutes away, beautiful hiking, rock climbing and horse back riding at Red Rocks is 30 minutes away, beautiful Mount Charleston with seasonal snow, skiing, snowboarding, horse back riding is 40 minutes away and the beautiful Valley of Fire is also 40 minutes away. California is 1 hour away with Los Angeles 4 hours away.

Our place is brand new built in 2005 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We've got a Full sized bed for two and a inflatable mattress that you're welcome to use that will also sleep two. We've had 6 people sleep in our home at a time (although that was pretty cozy).

We live in a gated community with a pool, in unit washer and dryer, surround sound for watching movies and listening to CD's, Playstation 2, XBox, and a partial view of the mountains.

Quartier

We live in a pretty standard suburb/urban area. It's safe to walk around after dark, but we don't leave our car doors unlocked once we come home.

We live off of a semi-busy street, nothing too loud but if you're from a country town where all you hear is crickets and your not used to city noise you may want to bring ear plugs.

My husband and I are both musicians and avid readers (you'll see all the books when you stay at our home). We love to write, swim, ride our beach cruisers and eat Asian cuisine.

We are both very respectful of others' cultures and homes and are looking for people who will be the same.

Destination

In 2007 we have to keep it within driving range so California, Arizona, Utah and other parts of Nevada would be nice. We would like to do a non-simultanous swap or rent or place to you (for cheap!) in December or January.

In 2008 we would love to visit California in May or June and someplace in the US where it snows in December/January.

In 2009 we're wide open. We'd love to visit someplace outside of the U.S., like Europe or Thailand.
