The spacious kitchen and living room downstairs open onto a small courtyard, the upstairs bedroom enjoys lots of natural light and a connecting bathroom, and the laundry room and guest bathroom downstairs offer practical solutions to household organization. The loft features original mosaic floors, antique double wooden doors and windows, and a classical "casa de chorizo" design.

Quartier

The main advantage of the neighborhood is the convenient location. This neighborhood is one of the closest residencial areas to the city center - just 20 blocks from the main plaza and heart of downtown. There are many main bus lines within 2 blocks in either direction and a major shopping mall within 6 blocks. The neighborhood is also steeped in tradition as one of the oldest and most folkloric neighborhoods in Cordoba.

À propos de nous

We are a recently married international couple. Santiago is from Cordoba and Kate is from the United States. Santiago works with his family's real estate business and is completing his law degree. Kate teaches drama, and english and also does interpreting. Both Kate and Santiago speak spanish and english fluently and Santiago also speaks dutch. We enjoy exploring the countryside surrounding the city, trying new wines, sharing meals with friends, and going to local theater performances. Santiago plays basketball every weekend with his cousins, and Kate is an avid tango dancer.

Destination

We are open to long term exchanges of up to one year, especially in Great Britain. This may be a non-simultaneous exchange. While our dates are flexible the idea time would be to begin the exchange in September, 2007 until the following September.
