Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath bi-level home on an acre of partially wooded land at the end of a cul de sac with pool, swingset and plenty of room to play! Ultra modern ktchen, modern baths. Master bedroom with stand up shower, main bath with tub and 1/2 bath downstairs. 2 car heated attached garage will be available for 1 vehicle. Big kitchen with large dining table, formal dining room, living room with propane fireplace. Family room and playroom on lower level, along with a full laundry room with utility tub. Carpet in all bedrooms and lower level. Wood laminate in all other areas. Beautiful deck off of dining room overlooks the yard. High speed internet and dish network (on two tv's, one in family room, one in master bedroom.) Plenty of parking for your boat or other recreational vehicles. Furniture in excellent condition, plenty of seating whether at the dinner table or in the family room.

Quartier

Quiet development with mountain views. Wonderful for walks with your family. Check out the little fish in the small pond with fountain! 15-60 minutes to various ski resorts, lakes, Susquehanna River, and several local historical sites. 5 minutes to small town with park, creek, small supermarket, hoagie shop, coffee shop, gas station with mini-mart. 15 minutes to small, historic town boasting quaint shops, Walmart(!!!), 2 parks/recreational areas, lots of eateries, including McDonalds and Burger King for those picky kids!

We are a family of 5. My husband is a State Trooper, I am a Realtor, and we have three girls, ages 3, 7 & 9. We speak only english. We enjoy sightseeing, history, and beaches. We are family oriented, with family living right here in our development. Some of our closest friends are our next door neighbors. We also love animals and have 2 cats and a fish. Our children are very well behaved. The oldest 2 are excellent students and enjoy sports, including swimming, basketball, ice skating and biking, and are both active in Girl Scouts. My little one has just mastered potty training and mostly enjoys playing outdoors and reading books.

Destination

Our dates are flexible. We would prefer to visit beach towns in New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Long Island, NY.

We would also love to do an exchange during December in Hershey, PA.

Also looking for an exchange in Augusta, Georgia during Thanksgiving week. At least for November 22nd through the 25th.

Possible exchanges in Ft.Myers or Cape Coral, FL throughout the winter.
