The home is a 1930's British designed art deco mansion on 2 acres of landscaped gardens. The home comes with a maid, car, driver and security guard. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining, lounge, study and large french doors from all rooms opening onto huge verandas to enjoy the quiet serenity of this quiet suburban area just 4kms from downtown Rangoon.

We have 2 dogs and a cat (looked after by our maid) and our driver can take you anywhere you wish to go. The staff are living on site in a separate servants quarters nearby so can assist you for all your needs.

The house is located in a quiet leafy suburb only a few hundred metres from Kandawgyi Lake (a lovely inner city parkland area) The house is located near the end of a small cul-de-sac lane way so has little traffic.

Only a 10 minute drive (4kms) to downtown Rangoon. Our English speaking driver can recommend interesting places to visit, restaurants, shops and other activities and is experienced in showing visitors around.

We are a married, Australian expats living in Burma in our mid 30s. We do not have children. I am an IT Manager while my wife works for the UN in international health. We have been living here for 3 years and will be here for another 3 more.

We have traveled extensively throughout Asia and would like to enjoy other parts of the world. We do not have specific locations in mind to visit, but rather would like to experience culture and interesting locations.
