This 2 story home with full basement is 5,000 sq. ft. It is modern in its appointments and filled with warm and artistic decor. There is an exercise room, media room, family room, formal living room with baby grand piano, den, office and large, open kitchen with expansive water view.

Quartier

Our home is located amongst Evergreen woods, on a peaceful pebble beach cove. It is perfect for walks on the quiet streets, or on the beach. Use our bikes and kayaks to explore the beauty of the area. Within a 10 min. drive is quaint Gig Harbor City Center with shopping, restaurants, athletic clubs, movie theaters, golf and a driving range. Mt. Rainier and the Olympic Mountains are both within one hour for excellent hiking and skiing opportunities.

À propos de nous

We are a family of 4. Timothy(48) is a physician, and Diana(44) is an artist and homemaker. Our daughters are Isabella(13) and Maya(9). We enjoy outdoor activities such as, tennis, hiking, biking, boating, and skiing. We have traveled as a familly to Costa Rica, Thailand and Cambodia. We look forward to spending extended time in Italy.

Destination

We are most interested in Rome. We would consider other major Italian cities. We want our daughters to be able to attend an international school for a semester. Schools begin Feb. 1st and finish mid-June. We would like an exchange that corresponds with those dates. We would like to be close or in the city enter.
