We had our home built on 5 easy acres in 2001. It is a stunning elevated 5 large bedroomed home with two bathrooms - the 2nd being an en suite to the master bedroom. Lovely kitchen with bi fold windows that face into the coutyard. Large two vehicle garage. Two separate living rooms and a formal dinning room. Glorious views all over Napier with a snipet of the sea. This is a home that we are very proud of.

Quartier

We have a wonderful neighbourhood. Being semi rural we only have 5 neighbours that are far enough away that we can't see them so we are very private. We are 10 minutes to the centre of the city yet still rural. We are 2 minutes from the local kindergarten and primary school and have a mini supermarket at the bottom of our hill. The area is a go ahead area with lots of young familes living around us. Our immediate neighbours are wonderful and friendly. The views from our home are stunning.

We are a couple in our late 30's with two sons aged 5 and 4. My wife is a physiotherapist and I work for the Government. We are a sporty couple that would like to travel Europe but base ourselves in either Italy or France. Although we have travelled extensivley we would like to spend some quality time in France, Italy and other parts of Europe while we are still young. We are both very clean and friendly people that will respect any home we move into.

Destination

We are looking for a home with at least 3 bedrooms. We would like a house in a village as opposed to a city - although will will seriously consider any offer. We would like a simultaneous exchange with people that will respect our home as we will do the same. The date are above are very flexible and again we will consider any offer.

We would love to be in France or Italy and travel through the smaller areas.
