3 bdrm/2bth home on beautiful Lake Hamilton. This is a 2 story home with a large deck on one floor and a large patio on the other. Both are overlooking the lake. This is our second home!

Kitchen has granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage. The house is close to EVERYTHING i.e. shopping, grocery stores, convenience stores, attractions and best of all... FABULOUS restaurants on and off the lake. Let us not forget, we are also famous for our Natural Springs, bath houses and yes OAKLAWN RACE TRACK! Hot Springs is considered a Resort town. There is LOTS to do.

There is a boat dock, however, the boat is not offered with this home. Boats may be rented at the local marina. Trust me, you will love this town and may even consider it for current or future retirement. If you would like to rent and not exchange, we are up for that too!

Great neighborhood on quite street. Easy to find and only one block from the main access. Easy to get around by land or boat. CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING!

Hi! We are the Taylor family, party of 4. My husband and I are in our mid to late forties and our daughters are 14 and 12 respectively. We are ALL lake bums and thoroughly enjoy the lake. We also love to play golf and site see. We are all History buffs too!

My husband is a Sales Manager of a large company and I am a Commercial Property Manager. Our children are VERY active in sports and always rank in the top 1-3 players on their team.

Honestly, after seeing the movie, "Holiday", starring Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet, we decided that this might be a fun idea to "house swap."

We love to travel to different destinations, so, approach us with what you have and we will all go from there.
