Adorable 2 bdrm/ 1 bath house with cozy yard equipped with BBQ and outside dining area. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a twin bed and a crib. House built in 1952 with hardwood floors, fireplace and inside laundry. Detached 2-car garage partly converted to extra living space with T.V., couch and computer. You'd be welcome to drive our golf cart to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants and parks. House does not have a view of the ocean but is still lovely with a large tree in the backyard and is a short stroll to nearby beaches. Very kid friendly home as we have 2 children. House is clean and clutter-free.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood located near sandy beaches suitable for swimming, surfing, boogiboarding, fishing, golfing and capmfires. Also close to downtown area with lots of great shops and restaurants. Visit http://www.esanclemente.com for photo tour and things to do in San Clemente.

San Clemente has one of the best climates in the world averaging 73 degrees year round. Also has some of the best, well-known surfing breaks in the world including Trestles, T-Street, and San Onofre.

LOTS of other things to do in this area: Disneyland 40 minute drive, L.A. 1 hour drive, Legoland 30 minute drive, Seaworld, 45 minute drive, San Diego Zoo 45 minute drive. TONS of fantastic parks and beaches.

Houses in our neighborhood start at $1 million and go up to $6+ million.

High School history teacher and stay-at-home mom with two well-behaved children ages 4 yrs. and 18 months. We love the beach, surfing, taking walks. We have a sweet inside/ outside Bengal cat.

As a school teacher, we have summers and holidays available for trade.
