Pueblo 60 is an attractive and extremely popular two bedroomed villa within this development of individual, privately owned properties.

The well equipped accomodation comprises of two light and airy double bedrooms ( one with double bed, the other with two single beds ) separated by a full bathroom having WC, bath, shower etc.,

There is a good sized lounge with feature open fireplace, easy furniture and dining area. Colour teletext television with 32 channel satellite system featuring, amongst many others, BBC 1, 2, 3 and 4, ITV 1 & 2, Channel 4 & 5, BBC World & Prime, SKY Sports 1 & 2, Euro Sport, Film 4, Film 24, TCM, History Channel, National Geographic, U.K Gold, News etc.,etc.,

The fully equipped "American" style kitchen includes oven with hob, Microwave oven, fridge, freezer, all cooking utensils and crockery.

There is a good sized private walled garden with a lovely shaded terrace, patio table and chairs ( there are two sets of double patio doors opening onto the terrace, one from the lounge and one from the master bedroom ). The terrace enjoys sea views and day-long sunshine but is also equipped with two large cantilever blinds for those REALLY hot days!

To the front of the property is a private entry with large wrought-iron gates to afford absolute privacy. The nearest of our 3 superbly lanscaped communal pools (plus 2 children's pool) is a 20 second stroll away.

The entire area surrounding the property is composed of quaint walkways and leafy pathways, totally traffic-free and maintained by our full-time gardeners.

Quartier

The original "El Capistrano Village" is situated just above Burriana, Nerja's largest and most cosmopolitan blue-flag beach. It is ideally situated for the sea and the town centre.

Three fantastic pools plus two children's pool, on site bars, a choice of restaurants, money changing facilities, doctor and mini-market makes this the most desirable complex in Nerja.

For bus transport there is a service which runs via "El Capistrano Village" ( bus stop 30 seconds walk from the property ) to the various areas of town.

The main route to Malaga City stops just outside Capistrano ( 60 seconds walk from the property ).

From the bus station ( 15 minutes walk from the property ) you will find routes to most all major destinations.

Nerja is ideally situated for trips to so many major attractions Granada with the spectacular "Alhambra Palace" is a little over an hours drive away. The Sierra Nevada Mountains some thirty minutes more so, it is possible, during winter months, to ski in the morning whilst being back sunbathing down on the coast by afternoon.

Seville 3 hours drive, Cordoba 2.5 hours, Malaga 1 hour, Marbella 2.5 hours and on, and on )

Around Nerja there are any number of country walks and, of course a forty minute walk to the famous "Caves of Maro".

We live 25 minutes drive from Nerja inland beyond the white village of Frigiliana our country villa is 600 meters up on the edge of the national park.

We are retired to all intents and purposes. I was a General Manager for a british utility wheras my wife was and, at heart still is, an antiques dealer.
I speak Spanish Nancy, my wife thinks she does!

Destination

The main point is to spend more time in England each year. We own a property in Lichfield, Staffordshire but it is let. It would not make sense to not renew the current assured lease and move in. We would have to go through the whole process of finding another tenent (and everything that entails) every time.
For England our target locations are the West Midlands or London/Greater London.

We live in a priviliged location but, having no particulat ties, we are interested in travelling to any number of locations - best thing, if our property offered interests you, contact us but, please note that we are NOT looking for exchanges outside the winter months - Pueblo 60 is a holiday rental (www.OwnersDirect.com) and summer months are 'manic' for us with no question of getting away anywhere!
