Beautiful, comfortable, beach home. Walking distance to grocery, resturants, snorkeling, and the most consistant surf beach in all of Costa Rica. Nice pool, spacious outdoor recreation areas, good for barbque, entertaining, or just relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the developed world. Safe secure parking area and privacy fence.

Quartier

Residential Neighborhood, walking distance to two beachs, resturants, the river, and a grocery store. Small town in the jungle. Lots of nature, lots of trees, lots of wild life. Holistic town full of natural food resturants, yoga, massage, and general wellness activities. Close by are waterfalls, amazing views, caonpy trails, zip lines, snorkeling, and many other beautiful beaches.

À propos de nous

I am a yoga instructor and teach at the Nosara Yoga Institute which is about 10 min. drive from our house, my husband is a local developer and owns the Coldwell Banker in town. We have two boys, ages 2.5 and 5.5. We speak Spanish and English. We like to surf, swim,ski, hike, bike, do yoga, read, play sports, snorkel, and just relax and enjoy life...
