Easy access to major highways for trips to other places (Taos, Albuquerque, Native American pueblos, state and national parks and monuments etc.). High desert and mountain scenery with easy access to walking, biking and other outside activities.

We are an over 55 very active professional couple who spend our time in equal measure with work, volunteer community activity and fun. We have two older cats which stay home and thus require care, either from you or a cat sitter which we engage and you pay for while away. Our interests include travel, archeology, nature and birding, world cultures , charitable work, music and arts, cooking and outdoor recreation.

Destination

Simultaneous exchange preferred. Dates are somewhat flexible. Our preferred city is Sydney and immediate vicinity. A downtown apartment is a plus although we are open to suburban, beach or country accommodations as well. Car swap is available.
