My home is very clean and newly renovated in a rural and extremely safe neighborhood on the North Fork of Long Island. It is five minutes from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Peconic Bay and the Long Island Sound. There are also over 30 vineyards with wine tasting within 10 miles of my property.

I live in small, very safe, beautiful town on the North Fork of Long Island. You may day-trip to NYC by train or by car, or visit the world famous Hamptons to shop and dine with the elite or swim in the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino are a ferry's ride away, as is the beautiful secluded Shelter Island But perhaps the most enchanting part of your visit will be swimming and walking our delightful expanses of white sandy beaches .

I would like to rent a villa between Venice and Padova for myself. I would like a 3 plus bedroom home for my grown children to come and visit for short periods during my stay. I am a retired teacher and I have been waiting for many years to be able to enjoy Italy for an extended time. I have relatives in Venice and Padova with whom I would like to spend time as well, and i so look forward to walking in the steps of my ancestors.

Destination

I hope to stay in Italy for two months, preferably with one home exchange; however if you are unable to exchange for the entire time i would be willing to explore other options.
