This Executive quality mountain home is located in a prestigious gated community. The home is new and never even lived in!!! PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS AVAILABLE. HOME SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED AUGUST 15, 2007. Most furnishings are also brand new. This home is on the market and will need to be shown and kept very neat and clean while being occupied. It has 4 bedrooms (2 of them suites with jetted tubs, walk in closets, separate showers) and 4 bathrooms. It is located approx 4 miles from world class ski resort, and has incredible lake and mountain views. Enjoy the unspoiled small town atmospere, with larger town amenities just 15 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage and mountain biking hiking etc; incredible winter skiing, snowmobiling, cross-country, ice fishing etc...

Quartier

The town of Huntsville is small and Americana. It has few tourists, and is very friendly. The area is growing as a resort location, but the home is not in a resort area. The valley is unspoiled, with the focus being on outdoor recreation. Mountains surround, with a lake in the center. There are three ski resorts within 15 minutes of this home.

The best thing about this home is the incredible views. Mountains, lake, and panoramic valley views are captured in the many large windows. The neighborhood is gated, and the area has little to no crime. We almost never lock our doors.

We are a in our late 30s with four beautiful children. We are interested in travel that will allow us to explore the world, learn new languages and cultures, and help our children appreciate the abundance that we are blessed with. Doug is a motivational speaker, and I (Rachel) am a part time psychotherapist and free-lance real estate investor.

Our children, ages 6-12, are lively, but well behaved. They excell in school and athletics and are leaders in their respective grades.

We love anything outdoorsy, especially waterskiing, snowskiiing, anything beach, mountainbiking, and hiking. We are very interested in opportunities to volunteer and work within the local cultures we visit.

Destination

this could potentially be non simultaneous exchange. We are really interested in Costa Rica, particularly quepos, nosara, limon, puerto viejo, or nearby areas. thanks
