Maison

My house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath with tub and shower, very comfortable and clean. We have a small, fenced in yard with beautiful gardens. We have 2 cats who can stay here, or find a place to stay (one Siamese,one Maine Coon cat, very easy cats). The kitchen is fully equipped, as I love to cook. Nice gas stove, dishwasher, cookware, exotic spices, fully stocked for cooking and baking. We have a TV with VCR and DVD players, but no cable television, strictly for movie watching, also we have WIFI.

Quartier

Our neighborhood is a small town within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a gallery and a few small shops. A larger town for major shopping is 5 minutes drive. Beaches in Ogunquit, York and Kittery are 15 minutes drive. Portsmouth, NH is 20 minutes, quaint coastal port town with lots of shops, nightlife, more beaches. I have a car which can be used for exchange. Boston is a little over an hour south. There is a train station 5 minutes away if you choose to take the train into Boston or Portland, Maine (one hour).

À propos de nous

I am 42 years old, I work as a social worker, but my passion is classical music. I play flute in several chamber ensembles, I am a part-time professional musician/teacher. My daughter is 14, she studies violin and dance. We would like to travel to Italy for one month in April or May. We would like to experience living in another culture.

Destination

We would like to find a place in a city center, we are open to all regions in Italy if the exchange is right.
