Quiet loop neighborhood of similar old large single family homes and old growth trees. Being up on a hill affords the view of surrounding Hills & Mtns. 10 min. Walk to Main street shops/boutiques. Winnipasaukee River (summer tubing) at bottom of the hill divides quiet village where we are and Main street area. Ride bikes or walk (or x-country ski in winter)to a town maintained River trail. 2 miles to all amenities (outlet Mall) and stores you could ever need ;and access to major highway making it only "MINUTES" to Major White Mountain Resorts (Ski- Hike)and Lake Winnisquam/Winnipasaukee (Swimming, boating , fishing) 1 hr to Hampton Beach (Atlantic Ocean) &Portsmouth.1 hr 15 min. to Boston. 15 minutes to Concord, NH's Capitol. plenty of places to have fun or just relax. 1 hr to VT-Maine or Mass.

My name is Michelle, I am a freelance writer at home. I also do wedding ceremonies as a Justice of the Peace wedding business. My daughter and I love to travel and learn about other cultures as part of our home school curriculum. (or just go somewhere warm in the winter- great for those who want to come here and ski) We have 2 cats and a dog that we mostly keep on the first floor to minimize hair clean up. Cats are indoor and very independant, Ginger is a laid back porch dog. I would entertain a Kennel for your stay, but if alergic I could not garentee all alergins extinct. They are very freindly and would also be good company if you wish. I have some really awesome neighbors and it is a very pleasant walking neighborhood-year round.

we have completed our first home exchange with a family in England and it was wonderful. I can send references upon contact.

Destination

I am very flexible to dates and locations. wouldn't mind a week but would really like closer to 3 weeks or more to really be able to adventure and discover the new area. Most of Europe(summer months) and tropical areas(winter months) are highly desireable.
would also entertain almost anywhere on the ocean or close to.
shorter times would be entertained for closer locations if your in Northeast or on East coast of USA.
Would be a great swap for Floraida home so we can go to Disney and you can come skiing!!! I would like to get my daughter (11) to Disney before she does not want to travel with mom anymore:(
