We owne a 2,450 sq ft contemporary, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with master bedroom on main level. The house is very open with a loft and many windows. Home is fully stocked. Our backyard is the perfect size and is landscaped and fenced all the way around. Home located right in the middle of Oregon's Pinote Noir country. Many wineries are in walking distance and others at the most are 15 minutes away. Our house is 1 year old and is immaculate. You might want to bring your winter clothes if you visit our home during the late fall/winter/early spring months as you are only 1 1/2 hours away from several mountains you can ski/snowboard ect on.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors are very friendly. We are in the valley so you can see the hills all the way around you if you step outside. By coincidence we know almost all of our neighbors from our last house in a neighboring town. We are expecting any day now the ground breaking of an amazing resort & day spa. The magazines are calling our town the next Napa Valley so come visit it before it gets too busy! There is TONS of shopping near by, many movie theaters including a drive in theater just down the street. There are restaurants for every mood and grocery stores if you don't feel like going out. There are 5 or more parks within 10 minutes walking distance. There is white water rafting, rock climbing, canoeing, fishing, hunting, hiking, ect. We have amazing water falls to visit. Picture your perfect outdoor vacation and you will discover it is our area with our warm home nestled right in the middle of everything!
