We are retired, love to travel all over the world go at least once a month.Large well planned home,Dining Room seats 10,Pool Area has two seating areas each seats 8,Living room has 2 seating areas 1 seats 4;other seats 6.Oriental Rugs from all travels,Doors from Costa Rica;Sinks from Mexico;Hardware from Malta.16 foot ceilings.All bedrooms have computers and TV's and open to pool area,Kitchen has 1 refrigerator (double door) and 1 freezer,extra refrigerator in utility room,Marble floors in Living Areas, Carpet in Bedrooms,All baths have Jacuzzi Tubs,House has floor heat (also in 3 car garage).Can leave car for use in Washington,DC at airport (2 hours away).Close to the University of Virginia Grounds,Lots of Museums and Cultural Events, near Monticello, all Virginia Winerys and Mountains. Charlottesville is very centrally located to Richmond, Beachs, Civil War Sites. Great place to visit

Quiet Neighborhood, Public Transportation and lots of good grocery stores and restaurants and shopping closeby. Large Wooded Lot (3 acres) fully fenced.

We are retired; husband grew up in Charlottesville, I grew up in Columbia, SC. We still have a property management business in Columbia. We love to travel and read. Speak only English but that does not hinder our travels.

Destination

Anyplace, we can exchange at the same time or a different time. Very flexible.
