Proeminent Clarendon Hills Neighborhood with homes between $300,000 to $1,000,000 , well established, short walk to major shopping ( grocers, Foothills Mall), excellent neighbors, only 2% of properties are rentals the rest owner occupied. Young to middle aged professionals, very few retirees live in the neighborhood. Public transportation 3 short blocks away. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park is 35 miles away ( 50 minute drive). The eateries in Fort Collins are phenomenal with many choices for every palate and budget. Professional couple ( 49 and 52 years old) with 26 year old son (Maximillian) living in his own house in Old Town Fort Collins ( 10 minutes away) and 17 year old son still living at home. Our 17 year old (Tony), will not be travelling with us, however, but will be residing with his older brother beginning late summer 2007 in order to finish his studies. We recently sold a very successful business (real estate and property management-Pinnacle Property Services) and are currently retired since May 2007. Both my husband (Tim ) and I , are avid travelers, however we have not used in the past a service such as this one. Tim is a fisherman, loves boating and travelling. I am a gourmet cook and enjoy travelling. Tim speaks only English ( born and raised in Illinois). I was born and raised in Italy and moved to U.S. in my teens, therefore can speak Italian. I can manage Spanish comfortably. We like to entertain quite a bit, therefore our house is built around entertaining. If needed, our boat, 20 foot Reinell 2006 (speed boat with salon, fridge, seating for 7-8) is available, at present docked at Horsetooth Reservois, only 5 minutes from the house . Car (SUV) can also be made available if needed. We have a full time gardener and full time maintenance man available in case of an emergency ( snow removal in case of a snow storm, yard upkeep, etc.).

Destination

Dates of travel on our part are flexible, stay is also flexoble, since we are retired. We are also open to travel most anywhere in the world.
