Maison

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with finished basement. Enjoy over 3,200 sq ft of tastefully decorated open concept living space!

Upstairs: Master bedroom has gorgeous private ensuite with separate corner tub and shower. Has a small flat screen tv, dvd player and walkin closet. 2 children's bedrooms, (very cute - if we do say so ourselves) one with bed, the other with crib. Fourth bedroom is a large office/library with shelves crammed full of books, computer, and workstation!

Main Floor: Includes open conept kitchen, with all new appliances, large island, with seating for two and beautiful kitchen table, spacious seating for 6. Enjoy the large living room complete with beautiful antique piano, gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors.

Basement: The huge 1,200 sq ft open concept basement includes carpeted rec room with television, PS 2, dvd and surround sound system. Nice sized playroom overflowing with toys!

Backyard: We haven't had a chance yet to do much with the yard - the property is not yet fenced, nor is there a deck - we're working on it :o) There is however grass! There is no neighbours in the back - just large open space - great for the kids. We do have nice fire bowl though - have fun roasting marshmellows right in your backyard!

Quartier

Elmira is a charming town with all the neccessities. There is a few places to grab something to eat, a Mconalds, Subway, a drug store, and various other small stores located on the main street - just a short stroll from the house.

Elmira is a close 10-15 minute drive from Kitchener-Waterloo, a 20 minute drive to Guelph, 25 minutes to Elora (gorge, camping, casino), and about an hour from Toronto.

Our home is located in a new subdivision which is surrounded by 100 year old homes.

We are an easy-going family who love spending time together. We love to travel, camp, meet new people and have fun!

Our kids are polite, very well behaved children.

Destination

Exchange dates are flexible - as well, we are open to visiting pretty much any destination - please inquire.

Car exchange may be available.

We are a first time home exchanger, and looking for a fun unique change :o)
