Gorgeous, fully-equipped and finely decorated home.

Upstairs: Large Living Room with mountain view, Master Bed & Bath with mountain view (both open to oversized balcony), fully equipped kitchen, attached dining room, & half bath.

Downstairs: Large Den with color TV opening to xeriscaped back patio yard, office with hi-speed connection, second bedroom, and master bath off hall.

A beautiful home, finely appointed and decorated. Washer/dryer, 2 stall garage, all beautiful kitchen appliances (mw, grind & brew coffeemaker, toaster, blender, filtered water, electric stove/oven, d/w, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, etc.)

You will love it. The home sits (literally!!) at the foot of the Sandia Mountain range with awesome views of the Sandias and the Monzano Mountains.

Front of home overlooks the entire City of Albuquerque below and the greatest sunsets. Tram up the Sandia Mountain a few miles to the north, City and historic southwestern sites down the street.

Albuquerque is fast becoming the hottest spot in the southwest and can be thoroughly enjoyed while staying in this lovely home on a beautifully manicured street located at the top of Albuquerque and at the foot of the Sandia Mountains.

Summers are warm and dry, winters mild and lovely. If you need it bad, Albuquerque is it!!

I'm a middle aged, successful attorney, who loves his home and is interested in exchanginbg mine with others who care for theirs.

Very interested in some international travel and looking forwarding to exchanging my home with a couple or single who would also like an adventure to new surroundings.

Destination

dates are somewhat flexible. Paris is a main attraction for me. Would love a home of similar quality as mine. Exchange of cars is a possibility. I am open to any suggestions that would make this be a mutually beneficial experience.
