Our Main House comprises 3 very large bedrooms - 1 with King size Four Poster Bed - 1 Queen size bed - 1 Twin Single beds and 2bathrooms.Jarrah wooden floors are throughout the ground floor.Large kitchen,family room.Dining/Sunroom which leads out onto Alfresco Area overlooking extensive landscaped gardens with Gazebo.Children's play equipment and cubby house which is hidden amongst bushes.2nd floor is the Parents Retreat which comprises of Bedroom,Ensuite, Sitting Room leading onto Verandah with great views over Leuwin Ridge.We also have a new 1Queen bedroom/bathroom/lounge with sofa bed/ kitchen fully furnished unit(sleeps 4) away from the main house.This is for our house guests but we would be happy for our exchanges to use, ie great if you traveling with grandparents/friends.Both are equipped with mod cons TV's,Internet,ect

Margaret River is renowned for it's beautiful scenery as well as its surf/beaches and wine.We are 5 minutes away from the main town and Margaret River Main Break Surf Beach.Vineyards are as close as next door or over 80 others to choose from are all around us.Theres beautiful Karri forests/caves/art galleries/bush walking ect.See amazing wildlife in their natural enviroment Whales,Dolphins, Kangaroos,beautiful birds etc It is one of the most popular visited destination in Western Australia.See www. Our family consists of 4 Maxine(nurse)David(project manager in commercial construction)Our delightful twins are Tom and Daisy (5yrs old) who are well behaved and are respectful of our home as they are in others.We all love being outdoors either having a long lunch at one of the wineries/beach cafe with friends/visitors or just around our property all together tending animals/ gardens. The rest of the family are - ducks/chickens 2 pet cows Maddy and Cassandra.A very gentle Welsh pony 'Buddy' who you can ride and feed lots of carrots too. Samson a golden retriever and Henry a cocker spaniel (who go on holiday to friends when we are away).Our newest addition is Eddie a baby goat - he loves to be bottle fed! We are open to non simultaneous exchanges and even within our own state maybe a long weekend)
We like to travel often - but would be interested in Bali mid year and New Zealand for Christmas 2008

Destination

We also have a new 1 bedroom fully self contained unit that sleeps 4 people on the property.Our dates are flexible.
