Close to Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro, Segesta, Thermal baths, Erice, Trapani and Palermo.
Furnished of how much it is necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. It's a suitable structure for families, the youngs and the elderly, either more simply to who wants to amuse itself or to rest be admired the beauties of all the Gulf of Castellammare with the possibility of to enrich the actual cultural luggage of the traditions and the mythical story of places capable of to provoke strong emotions to the visitor that decides to immerse itself in this enchanting world.
These places, for their geographic position, Is also an excellent points of departure for visits and trips in the most renowned locality of the West Sicily like: Palermo, Monreale, Agrigento, Selinunte, Marsala, Erice, Trapani and the Islands Egadi.
Close to the house the are the small village of Scopello which was developed around an old Baglio. It is possible to set out on a wide-ranging journey, visiting the old tonnara, with its magnificent view on the cliffs, and then having a look at the pottery workshops.
The coast is characterized by the white pebbles beach like the Baia di Guidaloca, which is part of the amphitheatre-shaped Gulf of Castellammare.
Between San Vito lo Capo and Castellammare del Golfo the hillsides gently slope to the sea in a myriad of little coves, herald the beginning of a natural reserve “Riserva naturale Orientata dello Zingaro”. Narrow paths, specially laid out on the slopes, lead to the sea or climb up the hills, making it possible to sight one of the most intact Mediterranean ecosystems.

The house is in a quiet area whith fantastic sea view at just 3km from the town and 1.5 km from varius beach.

We like travel, Im 53 working in turism and my wife 49 in turism consultant, Maximiliano 13, Stefania 11. We like Nature, Archeology, Ecology, Art and exchange culture. We are interested in exchange our country house witch we use on summer for renting as holiday house non necesary simultaneus, as well as House-sitting • Exchange of home • Young exchange Home offered for rent. We speaking inglish, spanish, italian, some french.
We are willing as well for long stay exchange.

Destination

Change not necesary simultaneous, dates are flexible, we are interested as well the exchange only for our son Maximiliano of age 13, Stefania age 11, and me, Yanira a lady of age 50. Prefered inglish or frence speaking. We are prefering near a city where there is a secondary school.
