Modern Adobe style 3 bedroom, 2 full bath 2 story 14 year old home in charming neighborhood close to downtown. Comfortable for a family, with easy entertaining plan, updated kitchen, and spacious rooms. Upstairs master suite has deck balcony with treetop views. Two car garage and large yard and front patio, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sace. On bus route, or a 10 minute drive to city plaza center. Furnishings are comforable for children. House is sunny, light and bright, with beautiful foliage all around.

Quartier

Across the street from a large park with playground and walking or biking trails. Varied age neighborhood, with retirees, young families with children, and many artists. On bus route at end of street, and convenient location in center of city but in a quiet neighborhoos.
Excellent neighbors surround home.

À propos de nous

I speak some Spanish, and am a single parent (female) with two teenage children. We all three chose to move to Santa Fe 6 years ago, as we love the people and atmosphere. We have some of the cleanest air in the country, and an eclectic population of liberal thinkers - many artists and musicians and other creative types. We like the slow pace and the many activities offered constantly, to hear live music and view and participate in art and theater. We are a close family, and enjoy an adventurous spirit and so travel is something we want to do more of.
