Located inside walls (Remparts) of historic district of Quebec city, named UNESCO World Heritage site in 1985--only area so designated in North America.

Condo in the Historic house of General Montcalm (1758).
Our front neighbour are the wall and the Canons.

Fantastic View on : Silo projection each evening (2000 feet wide), «Moulin à images» (June-Sept.), St-Laurence river, Marina, Canon, etc.

Very quite during the night and safe city.
Access to long and short biking trails.

5 minutes walk to visit : Frontenac Castle, Royal place, Petit Champlain, Museums, Old port, best fine restaurants, & shopping.

À propos de nous

We are a couple in the 50th.
We have lived in this condo since 2004.
Our 3 children (31, 29 and 25) lived in the area.
Our mother tongue is French with a functional English.

Previous business owner and professional in the IT sector, we are partially retired, investing and coaching other business owner and traveling (over 70 countries visited). We like to live downtown and so in the nature, we have 2 cottages, one to ski and other one lake front.

We like to do sports like golf and ski all around the world. At the end of the day, a fine dining is a goal.
