Maison

We live in Noosaville on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. We are 1.5 hours from the nearest international airport in Brisbane, the capital city.
Our very comfortable home is 12 years old, open plan design & furnished in a contemporary fashion in keeping with our relaxed lifestyle.

Quartier

Noosaville is within easy reach of great beaches at Noosa Heads & the shopping street , Hastings Street, & the family friendly area of the beautiful Noosa River where you can access all water sports. Most other sports, golf etc, are also available
The region offers many different dining experiences, including some of Queensland's best known restaurants.
There are also popular National Parks for hiking, including the world's largest sand island, Fraser Island.
The hinterland offers magic scenery as well as very popular markets & art galleries.
Brisbane is a very attractive city to explore & is 1.5 hours by car.
There is a local Sunshine Coast Airport from where you can fly to Sydney or Melbourne using our low cost carriers, Jetstar or Virgin Blue. This allows you to use our home as a base to explore other regions of Queensland & Australia.
The neighbourhood is a quiet canal estate & our home is within walking distance of the local shopping centre.
We have friendly neighbours who can help when needed.

We are a retried couple who love to travel. Col is a retied teacher & Annette, a retired pharmacist.
We are very experienced exchangers having now done more than 12 exchanges both in Australia, NZ, Canada & Europe.
