My apartment is located in North Dallas in close proximity. 20 minutes from downtown and the JFK Museum and the Arts District, American Airlines Center for hockey or basketball, 20 minutes from DFW airport, 40 minutes away from Arlington for Texas Rangers games, and Dallas Cowboys games, Hurrican Harbor and Six Flags.
10 minutes from the Galleria Shopping Mall and Stonebriar Shopping Mall.

The apartment community itself is a Mediterranean styled gated condominium/resort quality with ceiling fans, full-size washer/dryer, crown molding, and intrusion alarms. My particular unit has an attached garage with a garage door opener.

There is an arcade game room with a Big Screen TV and pool table, an indoor basketball court and a racquetball court, there is a greenbelt for jogging, lighted tennis court, a pool with a jacuzzi, with barbeque grills and picnic tables, a state of the art fitness center with tv's and free weights, a fully-equipped children's playground and a putting green! There are lots of green areas for walking the dog and doggie "bags" for disposal very convenient to every area. I had a dog that died previously so there is a security deposit on the unit that would extend to anyone that would like to bring an animal with them.

My apartment has a television in every room with cable, high speed internet with a computer, microwave, two bedrooms, two baths and a pull out queen size sofa. A dining room that seats up to six people with a galley kitchen that is open to the living area. It has approximately 1140 square feet. It is very well appointed throughout.

I am a gourmet cook so the kitchen is very well equipped and arranged.

Quartier

The apartment is located in north Dallas which in a very upscale residential area. Two major malls, Galleria and Stonebriar, are within 15 minutes, downtown where the arts district, JFK museum. American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars, is located only 20 minutes away, Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers and Hurrican Harbor and Six Flags over Texas is only 40 minutes away. Dallas is a very metropolitan city with any kind of amusement or entertainment venues at your fingertips and a plethora of fine dining at every level.

I a a divorced 55 year old commercial real estate executive. I live in an apartment because I was very tired of maintaining a house alone. I find there is much more freedom with this style of living. I am.

I am putting my only son through college so I have limited funds for traveling and am hoping that this medium allows me to do more of it.

I maintain my apartment like I did my house and would share the same feeling about anyone that I would make an exchange with.

Destination

I have access to a second home and am very flexible with dates and times. I have been at the same job for over 13 years and have lots of vacation time to use! It doesn't to have to be an exact date swap, but can be used at a later date if necessary.

I am particularly looking for exchanges in the gulf coast region of Texas, San Antonio, Florida or California. I love the beach!
