This 720 sq. ft unit is on the first floor and has 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. The living room has a futon that can fold out to a double bed. The living room also includes a large screen plasma TV, surround sound stereo and electric fireplace. There is one large bathroom with laundry facilities and a full kitchen. The den is used as a computer room where you have access to a computer with high speed internet. Also included is secure underground parking and gorgeous landscaping.

I am Rod, a 50 year old single gentleman who has a thirst for travel. I have enjoyed more than 20 years in Kelowna and am eager to see the rest of the world. I pay the bills as a computer software engineer but my passion is oil painting. I am a non smoker and I will treat you and your home with respect.

Destination

I am open to most destinations and am fairly flexible on dates. I would also be interested in shorter stays withing driving distance of my home to areas like Banff, Vancouver or Tofino.
