Amenities: A Well-Equipped, Open Concept Kitchen Containing Upgraded Appliances (Fridge, Full Gas Range with Oven, Microwave, Etc) Looks Onto the Dining Area and Living Room. There Are 2 Bedrooms; the Master Has a Small Balcony, Queen Bed and Large En-suite Bathroom with Bath/ Shower and Bidet. The Second Bedroom, with Twin Beds Also Has a Large En-suite Bathroom. There Are Linens for Queen and Twins . A new washer is in the unit. There is Cable Television, a VCR and a CD Stereo in the Large Airy Living Room. Equipped with split air conditioning and Ceiling Fans. The Located over the Beach, with Constant Breeze. You Can Dine Inside at the Dining Table or Outside on the Balcony While Admiring the Magnificent Vallarta Sunsets. All Linens and Towels Are Supplied. Maid Service is Provided Twice a Week. There is Also an on-Site Laundry Room. Non-Smoking, Non-Pet Condo, Not Suitable for Young Children.


Quartier

Located in the Amapas area of Old Town Vallarta, this bright, beautiful, two bedroom, two bath condominium overlooks Los Muertos Beach, within walking distance to Olas Altas and Restaurant Row. There is a fabulous ocean view from the large balcony of this quiet, private, end unit condo. Most days in the winter season (November through May), you can see humpback whales and dolphins right from the balcony.

The building has six floors stretching down the hill to just above the beach which is accessible by a stairway. Taxis and buses stop at the front door which is on the fourth floor level. There is a huge roof terrace with a pool, barbecue area, and a stunning sunset view of the bay.

we are a retired Canadian couple (teacher and banker) in our late 50's. this condo is our second home. we are extremely well-travelled and have a desire to see as much of the world as possible. we are extremely house-proud, have exchanged several times and would treat your home as if it was our own.

Destination

the above dates are when we would like to visit your home. we are retired and totally flexible on time and location. this is our second home so exchanges need not be simultaneous on your part. our main home in canda (2 hours north of toronto on georgian bay in the great lakes) could also be part of the mix. we love to travel and are truly open to any interesting exchanges. would love to do an exchange to the east coast of canada as well.
