Appartment for 4 people ,not luxury but comfortable with double bed in the room and a
convetible Sofa
Everything is in the kitchen:micro onde ,coffee"what else",toester ...Washing machine
You have a balcony .
The bathroom is simple and proper.
It is very calm and some time you can forget you are in Paris city center.
You have there a house keeper.

You have all axess to go every where in paris with the metro line 1 ,bus,taxi, at only 300m.
You have also the bus to go to the airport at 200m ,every 30min from 5h45 until 23h00.
It's very nice ant quiet neighborhood with lot of bar ,restaurant,nice shop.
You can walk to "the champs Élysée" ,just 15min walk to go there.

I'm a pilot ,i live in Bordeaux with my family and i use this flat for my job.
I'm there sometimes ,6 days by month but i can sleep to a friend appartement in Paris,
if you come when a work .Also you can come when you want .

Destination

We are interested to go to New York city but we are open to other offer.
The exchange can be a non simutaneous but my dates to go are not flexible.
