Ideally situated to enjoy all what Zurich can offer at day and at night, as to serve as base camp to discover Switzerland (less than 1 hour train to be in the Alps, to Lucern, Basel or St-Gallen, ...) or even Europe (4 hours to Milano, 5 hours to Paris).
This comfortable (125 m2) fully renewed apartment (3 rd floor with lift) comprises a modern kitchen (fully equipped, induction plates), a spacious great room, 2 bathrooms, 3 big bedrooms and 1 office room (Wifi, home cinema (no TV), one bed-sofa). Enjoy lunch in the sun on our large (20 m2) balcony.

Quartier

Located 10 minutes walking distance of the central station, in a popular district (Kreis 5), surrounded by restaurants, bars, museums, ... . Quite and relaxing at the same time, with restricted traffic (end road), park and river.
The neighborhood is very cosmopolite, with a lot of exotic stores or restaurants (Tamalish, Turkish, Italien, Greek, ...). It is trendy with a lot of artists and art galleries, but popular at the same time as a lot of families are living here.
The small place in front of our building (Roentgenplatz) is traffic free and looks like a village place where all neighbors stay to meet each others.

À propos de nous

We are a swiss family, with two children (11 and 9), and we are speaking fluently French (natural language), German and English (the children not yet).
I am patent manager working from home-office for a large corporation and my wife is an independent jeweler.
We also have two rabbits and one cat living with us. To be more exact: we are living by the cat (Ramona) which is by consequence a fix part of the exchange.
