Maison

We have a brand new house that's just been finished (we moved in right before Christmas). It's near the Henderson Executive Airport, so it has a beautiful view. Every bedroom has a view of a mountain.

Only a block away is a brand new park with two swimming pools, a community center, and an area where some new businesses are going in. We're just down from the road from where they are putting it the gorgeous M resort, also.

The stores, pubs, barber, Starbucks, pharmacy, excellent Chinese restaurant, etc. are just a mile away (we'll leave directions) and there are about 3 golf courses that are super close. There's even a sign noting that it's a golf-cart friendly area.

Near the upscale Anthem and Southern Highlands area, there are gorgeous views all around.

It's super simple to get around from here.

Also, it's a very quiet, very family-oriented place.

The pictures are before our place was landscaped.

Inside, we have a large kitchen, huge living room and dining room, two master bedrooms, a game loft, and a total of 4 full bedrooms.

We are fun, open-minded people, who also do a lot of non-profit and charity work.

We're limited to high school Spanish, Italian, and about three words in Russian, German, and Dutch, all mostly motivated around ordering beer.

Don't make us use these skills. It won't be pretty.

Destination

There is a possibility of our moving for awhile to the UK, so we might be interested in a longer period of exchange.
