Our beautiful town-home is located in Dorado Puerto Rico, only 18 minutes way from the metropolitan area of San Juan. The Villa has large windows that look over the beach and you can enjoy the sound of the ocean waves and the soft relaxing breeze.
The house also has air-conditioning.
On the first floor it has the entry, the kitchen, the dinning area, the living area with a large LED 3D HDTV, digital cable, Blue ray DVD player, and a digital iPod speaker system. The house also has high speed cable Internet, and wireless Internet router.
The dinning area accommodates 6. There is a half bath next to the dinning area. Next to the living room is a terrace overlooking the beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, regular oven, 5 burning electric stove, and large refrigerator with ice and water door dispenser. The cloth dryer and washer are also in the kitchen area. All the windows have electric shutters. The surroundings are maintained by two gardeners, every day. Last year our property was part of a Hollywood film production.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor; the master bedroom has a large window that looks out to the beach. The spacious master bedroom is furnish with soft white modern furnishes, it has a large King size bed, an spacious closet, has digital cable, a LED HDTV, a slip unit air-conditioned and is next to the bathroom.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet and a split unit air-conditioned.
There is a full bathroom on the second floor with two doors, one is connected to the master bedroom and the other door goes to the hall. The townhouse was completely remodeled in June 2010.
Given the nature of the property and its furnishing, it is not suitable for children. It might be possible the use of a car.

Quartier

The Villa is located in a Gated Community. There is a security guard in the main entrance. This entrance in also used by the Hotel Guests and by the Golf Resort members. The second security guard is located at the entrance to de Ocean Villas subdivision. This guard mainly record visiting guests; all the residents have beepers to open the gate.

San Juan is 18 minutes away and you can find Casinos and nightlife. With one car available (optional), you are within a short drive to many of the worlds most incredible sites, here are a few links:

Lizette (54) is a CPA and the owner of an exclusive Health and Fitness Club in PR. She studied at The University of Texas at Austin. She is semi-retired, enjoys cycling and traveling. Her daughter Michelle (25), has an Assoc. Degree in Business. She loves animals and good books. Son Richard (22) is attending University of FIU also in Miami FL and will graduate on Dec. 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Asian Studies (Japanese). Last summer he spent 4 month in Japan as an exchange student from FIU. He enjoys video games and music. He is a piano player and a composer. Lizette is extremely organized, clean and will take good care of your property.
