Our home is a three storey Georgian style new build, large spacious rooms with high ceilings on a private road surrounded by landscaped gardens. We have 5 bedrooms all en-suite. Two reception rooms with fireplaces. Spacious dining room. A study with computer and high speed Broadband internet throughout the house. Cherrywood gourmet kitchen with central breakfast island, granite work surfaces and American style appliances. A sunny south facing conservatory with cosy wood stove and direct access to wraparound decking area, overlooking the gardens.Our home is spacious, well maintained and comfortable with interior designed furnishings and high quality finishes throughout.

Ardee is a small market village located in County Louth, Famous for its breathtaking scenery , it offers the perfect setting to relax in unspoilt tranquillity. It is well served by rail and road connections. Ardee is the perfect base for fishing, walking, cycling, golfing, horse-riding and exploring the historic and cultural sites in the area and a perfect base for day trips to the Cooley Pinnesula, the West, North West and Northern Ireland. 5 minutes walk to Ardee for pubs, restaurants, shops, playground, library, gym, pitch & putt, horse-riding.Ardee a historical village situated close to the heart of the Boyne Valley. The megalithic tombs of Newgrange (UNESCO World Heritage site), Knowth and Dowth are just 10 km away and the historical sites of the Battle of the Boyne, Mellifont, Monasterboice and the Hill of Tara are all within 20 minutes drive. The local towns of Drogheda and Dundalk are 15kms in either direction and Dublin is 50km (45 minutes drive) accessible from both the M1 (motorway) and N2 (dual carriageway).

We are a professional couple with two children, aged 12 and 8. We enjoy travelling to new places and are experienced exchangers, with many references available. We also have a second home on Lake Como, Italy REF27226 available for a combined exchange

Destination

We would like to visit South Africa this Christmas 2010.

Otherwise we are open to all offers, we can offer out Ireland or Italy homes and can be non simultaneou.
