Our home is located right on the ocean, we are 2 hours from Halifax and 2 hours from Cape Breton, a great central location for seeing the Cabot Trail or shopping. The home has separate spaces for computer and gaming, television or reading, plenty of room to be by yourself. Huge kitchen with propane 6 burner stove and 3 decks, 2 covered. The home has been totally updated, plumbing, electrical, etc... A great place to stay while visiting Nova Scotia and Cape Breton.

Our neighborhood has plenty of trails for hiking and fishing or hunting, 10 minutes from Historic Sherbrooke Village where there is a bank, liquor commission, grocery store, gas stations and library. The Historic village is a popular tourist attraction. Our home is right on the ocean and our neighbors are very friendly.

I am a Medical Laboratory Technologist and my husband runs his own business, drywall and painting. We have 2 children, a boy 13yrs. and a girl 16 yrs. We would love to house swap particularly in Sedona, as we have been there 5 times and love the area. I would like to take a month long course which runs 4 times a year, so the timing could be flexible and my husband would love to be able to come and hike around Sedona while I take the course. The children love Sedona as well.

Destination
