Qute house with nice garden located at Tel Baruch-Tel Aviv north. 320sq. meters the yard.the hose is 90sqr/m.One of the most expensive neighbourhood of Tel Aviv. 10 minutes drivig from city center and also 5 minutes walking to public transportation. the neighbourhood surround by big Park and walking distance to commercial center and coffe houses & restaurants.we live here with our 2 children (6 & 4.5 yearrs old). The house is 50 years old-very comfertable. Small kitchen and bif dining corner. one living room + 2 bed rooms + big bath room and jacuzzi and toilette + another toilette room. Simply qute and warm!!!

Tel Baruch neigborhood is quiet and one the exepensive areas in Tel Aviv. Green area with small private houses. In our street -nice small park for children and 5 minutes walking-big green park.Many young couples with chidren beside the traditinal residances of the neighbourhood. small and quiet streets to stroll and 5 minutes walking to public transportatin. Supermarket, bank, many restaurants and coffee houses-5 minutes walking.8 minutes driving from the mosr elegant shopping mall of Ramat Aviv.close ( 5 minutes driving) to Tel Aviv University.

I m a lawyer in comercial and business matters. we love to travell a lot, like arts & arcitecture and enjoing being together all of the Family.
