Located 20-30 mins from Siesta Key, Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and the Ringling Brothers Museum. Some of the beaches within a 20-30 minute drive are the most popular white sand beaches in Florida, including Longboat Key, Cocina, Siesta Key, and Holmes Beach.
If you like shopping, fishing, golf and dining you'll be centrally located to all of these activities or if you would rather play golf. tennis or just relax by the pool it is just outside your door.
As the occupants of this unit, the Tara CC membership will be transferred to you and gives you all the rights & privileges of Tara CC. This allows you to play golf while paying cart fees only.
This unit includes a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, walk in closet, and full size bath.
The bedroom also has a TV & a walkout to the lanai which has a view of hole # 3. The livingroom opens up to the lanai with a TV for comfortable relaxation when you would rather be outside. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & a TV & is adjacent to a 2nd full bath. The kitchen has an eating nook & overlooks the living/dining area which will seat 6 comfortably. There is a TV in the livingroom. There is a full size washer and dryer, cable, internet access, phones, dishwasher for your your convenience. The lanai has glass sliding doors as well as as sliding screens so that it comfortable all year round.

We are a retired couple from Canada who are interested in golfing in other parts of the world from January to March/April, 2011. Since this is a second home we are flexible. Trades in New Zealand and Australia appeal to us at the moment, but we are open to other places.
