Two bedroom condo on the 8th fairway of the Carmel Valley Ranch resort. Located on the 8th fairway of the Carmel Valley Ranch resort's golf course. Master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bath upstairs, second bedroom, second full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room downstairs. Recently renovated with new paint, carpet and appliances. Outside deck/patio leads right to golf course, pool and tennis courts.

Quartier

Located on the 8th fairway of Carmel Valley Ranch resort. The condo has access to the resort's amenities, including spa, restaurants, golf, tennis, pools, hiking etc... website is www.carmelvalleyranch.com. A short 10 minute drive west into Carmel-by-the-Sea and the beach or 20 minutes to Pebble Beach and Monterey. Weather is sunnier with less fog out in "the valley" but close enough to Carmel to enjoy all it has to offer. 2 1/2 hour drive north up to San Francisco or 30 minute drive south to Big Sur.

À propos de nous

We are a family of five. Our three kids are teenagers. We have owned this second home for 11 years and have used it for holidays. We live and work in Palo Alto near Stanford University. Brad is an investment advisor and Lisa is a full time mom. We love going to our condo to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.

Destination

Our second home so we are flexible with dates and welcome no-simlutaneous exchanges
