Located on the Isle of Wight, UK, Appley Beach House is an exclusive detached Victorian mansion within mature grounds by the fabulous long, sandy, family friendly beaches and parks of Appley at the eastern end of Ryde seafront. Relax on the secluded suntrap terrace, swim in your own private heated pool, barbecue and eat together outside or in the dining room. Games Rooms with table tennis and pool. Walk out onto Ryde esplanade with its long sandy beaches, parks, restaurants, marina and town entertainment. Plenty of private parking for vehicles and boats on the double driveway, private and secure within electronic gates. Walk along the beautiful seafront, just 7 or 8 minutes to Appley Beach House from fast frequent mainland links, for example Central London is just 2 hours door to door. Restaurants, bars, nightlife within easy walking distance.

Appley Beach House is located a stone's throw from the beach. Stroll along the coastal path towards cafes, tennis, childrens playgrounds, mini golf, skateboarding facilties at Puckpool Park with the option to go along further to explore the charming village of Seaview with its award winning restaurant The Seaview Hotel. Just 7 or 8 minutes along the beach in the other direction is the center of town with charming seaside attractions as well as restaurants, bars, nightlife. Also within easy walking distance are fast and frequent mainland links, with ferries transporting you to the mainland, for example Central London is just 2 hours door to door.

We are a family of four (mum dad, brother aged 27 and sister aged 28) excited at the prospect of spending our winters in Australia. We would very much like an exchange for some or all of november through to april in the area of Noosa, QLD.

Destination

Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia - or anywhere around that area!
