Home
Charming brick bungalow with a working wood fire place. Original moldings, wooden floors-remodeled kitchen and bathroom.
We have one, easy-going cat (short hair-does not shed much) and a nursery room set up for a baby or a small toddler. (We are a happily married couple with a daughter is currently 9 months-she'd be almost a year and a half by the time we want to do the exchange).

Quiet and convenient-close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, parks


Quartier

We love this neigbourhood because
1. it's quiet
2. it's close to everything
3. we like the outdoors and our location is convenient whether we go skiing to resorts (they are between 30 mintutes away (Alta, Snowbird) to 45 minutes away (Park City, Brighton).
4. Moab is 3 hours away-it's real fun to visit in winter too
5. Lava Hot Springs in Idaho is also a wonderful destination for a weekend or a longer day trip (about 2.5 hours away)

À propos de nous

My husband works at the University of Utah hospital as a respiratory tech. I am finishing my Ph.D. studies. We both love to run (I am an Olympian in marathon for Slovakia) and my husband is hoping to qualify for the next summer games. We have a lovely daughter Amelia who goes by "Mishka". She will be one year old in September. We have one amazing cat that looks like a little tiger.

We are open to anywhere in Florida as long as it's
1) quiet
2) close to a beach
