Maison

It is our main home, which is beautiful and comfortable. It is a 7th floor with lots of windows and light. We are empty nesters and decided to fix one of the bedrooms as a dressing room with a sofa bed, and another room is fixed as my studio (I´m an artist, my husband is a University professor). Our bedroom has a king bed . The kitchen is well equipped and it´s open to the dining room, which has a balcony. There is an open laundry with a washing machine . We have a main bathroom and a separate shower room, and also a toilet. The living room is large and airy.

Quartier

It is located in a classy neighborhood (RETIRO/ PLAZA SAN MARTIN) , art galleries, pedestrian zone and public transportation at hand. Please refer to (www.highbuenosaires.com/retiro) to see photographs . There are lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Near Teatro Colon and Obelisco, and not far from San Telmo, tango and restaurants area.

À propos de nous

My husband and I are experienced exchangers and we are used to take care of other people´s homes as much as we do with ours. Our son, who is a lawyer, lives in the neighborhood and will be on charge of our guest´s and the apartment´s matters.
My husband is an Engineer and I am an art teacher. We speak English, Spanish and Italian.

Destination

We are planning to stay up to two months in France, may be in two different places ( ex. Nice-Paris, Bordeaux /...) , but we are open to any proposal in France during February to May. Also, would love to spend one week at a ski resort.
