Maison

Centrally located close to Tauranga city, harbour and Mount Maunganui surf beach. Large home with 4 bedrooms, two lounges, 2 bathrooms and outdoor barbeque area with harbour views. A quiet, peaceful neighbourhood located close supermarkets, parks and all amenities.

Quartier

The location we live in is a highly desirable area in Tauranga called the Avenues. It is an expensive area to buy because of it's quiet, peaceful location and close proximity to
all city conveniences. It is also close to the water with views of the harbour. The Bay of Plenty area is known for it's beautiful surf beaches, big game fishing, bush walks, white water and adventure activites and friendly, cafe style dining atmosphere. Taruanga is a one hour drive to Rotorua, which is a thermal tourist attraction and Maori cultural destination.

À propos de nous

We are a married couple who have adult children. We love to travel and are interested in sport, relaxing by the beach and learning new cultures. I am a teacher and my husband works in the engineering trade. We have 3 adult children, 2 sons who work in the Science fields and one daughter who is a full time sportsperson, who plays hockey for New Zealand.
We often like to travel to watch her tournaments which are around the world. Our family are all professionals and are easy going and friendly.

Destination

We are traveling to the Hockey world cup in Rosario, Argentina in September 2010 and would like to stay in a house swap for this time. We are open for the owners to return to New Zealand at any time suitable to them.
