This two bedroom apartment, sleeping 2-5 people, on the 3rd floor of Metro Central Heights, is set in the heart of London, SE1.

The apartment is in an ideal location to enjoy a holiday in London, being only a 10 min walk from the river, Waterloo and the London Eye. Transport to and from the apartment couldn't be easier being on 2 tube lines and being serviced by buses (day and night) from most London locations. The famous London nightclub, the Ministry of Sound, the Tate Modern, Southbank and Imperial War Museum are also moments away.

This apartment benefits from expansive windows that make it a beautifully bright space, with fitted blinds to all windows. Internal features include open plan kitchen and large reception room with sofabed, modern bathroom suite, double bedroom with large windows and second bedroom/study with option for single inflatable bed.

Entertainment in the apartment includes a 32" TV with cable TV service (access to many channels and ability to pause etc), DVD player, HiFi stereo, Wii console and WiFi access.

To complete your central London lifestyle provided by this apartment, it includes access to the resident's gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, communal gardens and the friendly and knowledgeable 24 hour concierge.

I love walks along the Southank, where there are often free concerts, trips to Borough market and for those who enjoy a drink, London Bridge has the highest concentration of traditional pubs in London - including The George, which William Shakespeare used to frequent (the Globe theatre is nearby too)!

We are a married couple; Zoe, 26, Doctor and Roo, 30, Telecommunication Engineer. We don't have children.

We love travelling and enjoy experiencing new people, cultures and food and are open to destinations. We often stay in apartments when abroad and let our other property so understand the importance and requirements for looking after others' homes.

We are open to possible weekend exchanges within the UK or Europe as well as longer exchanges.

Non-simulatenous exchanges might also be possible.

We speak English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Farsi between us.

we have two distinct periods during which we can take holidays and would like to arrange these as soon as possible but might be interested in last minute offers especially in Europe or places such as North Africa that are not so expensive to get to from London. We would prefer sunny sea locations, but are open to ideas...

We are always quite eager for New York exchanges, even for relatively short periods.

We'd like to arrange a Europe ski location for early next year (Feb/Mar 2012 kind of time)

Others - We are open to all offers for other times and endeavour to respond to all offers.
