Maison

Our holiday home is a 3 bedroom cottage set in a half acre private site with beautiful sea views. The house is newly decorated and furnished and would equally suit those with young children or those seeking a tranquil and relaxing break. A perfect base to explore the beauty of Donegal or to cross on the ferry to Antrim and the Giant's Causeway! It has all modern facilites including digital TV, DVD player, diswasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also an annex facility which has been kitted out with bunkbeds to cope with unexpected visitors, kids sleepovers etc. This sleeps and additional 4 people but please note it is separate to the main house and does not have access to a bathroom! Because this is our holiday home it is available anytime. We do hope you like our cottage and will come and enjoy it!

Quartier

This area of Donegal is noted for its tranquilty and beauty. The house is within walking distance to magnificent blue flag beach. Greencastle's picturesque fishing village and 18 hole links golf course are a 5 minute drive away and there are many interesting pubs and restaurants to try. Enjoy one of the many scenic walks, explore the wild beauty of the Donegal coast or cross on the ferry to explore Co Antrim and the Giant's Causeway.

À propos de nous

We are a busy family with 5 children aged 13 (twins!) 12, 10 and 7yrs. Barry is an accountant by profession and I am a speech and language therapist. We are at the stage where the children are learning languages (French, Spanish, German) and would love to swap in any of the countries which would allow them to practise their new found skills! We would equally love to swap in Ireland especially Dublin where the kids have lots of cousins. In short, we are open to offers!

Destination

We would like to exchange for a house in Dublin to allow us to be close to family living in Blackrock and Terenure. Alternatively we would love to explore Co. Cork. Our house is a holiday home so we can be flexible with dates and can facilitate non-simultaneous exchanges.
